Instituições públicas, entidades e movimentos sociais cobram explicações sobre a forma e a finalidade das recentes ações arbitrárias de vigilância da polícia do estado de Goiás a movimentos sociais do campo.
No dia 10 de dezembro, próxima sexta-feira, a partir das 10 horas (hora de Brasília), Dia Internacional dos Direitos Humanos, a Comissão Pastoral da Terra (CPT) divulgará os dados parciais de conflitos no campo no Brasil em 2021. Violências contra ocupação e a posse, assassinatos de sem-terras e mortes em consequência dispararam neste ano.
Ato irá apresentar relatório sobre a violação de direitos humanos nas áreas camponesas Tiago Campin dos Santos e Ademar Ferreira, região de Nova Mutum-Paraná, em Porto Velho e a criminalização da luta pela terra em Rondônia. Evento também será um ato de desagravo em virtude de operações policiais contra advogada popular Lenir Corrêa.

Na semana em que a Justiça do Maranhão, por meio do juiz Marcelo Oka, determinou o despejo forçado de um dos um dos mais antigos moradores do território do Cajueiro, seu João Germano da Silva (o seu Joca, 87 anos), o Conselho Nacional dos Direitos Humanos visitou a região pela segunda vez e reafirmou que reconhece o território como comunidade tradicional.
